Upon receiving your order confirmation, we strive to dispatch your items at the earliest opportunity.

  • Australia: 2-10 business days depending of location.

Please be aware that our dispatch days are every Monday through Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays; however, we do prepare items over the weekend to ensure they are ready to be dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Returns & Exchanges

Should your product be defective, arrive in a condition less than perfect, or not arrive at all, we are more than willing to issue a refund or organize a redelivery of a comparable product within 21 days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first verify your bank account once more. Then reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank since there is typically a processing period before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please email yvomboutique@gmail.com, and we will send you the address to which you should return the product.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

It is important to note that the accuracy of the delivery address and instructions you provide is your responsibility. We rely on your cooperation to facilitate the smooth delivery of your order.
